mrmandias Posted September 4, 2012 Posted September 4, 2012 With the advent of many new temples and the public being allowed to tour them before they are dedicated how do tour guides deal with people who are asking, sometimes knowingly, inappropriate questions?Sister missionaries at Temple Square have long experience with this and I imagine the same techniques apply. If someone is contentious, they go into a general tour guide mode and stay away from religious content. If the person persists, they offer to make an appointment so they can discuss the subject with the missionaries. Ultimately, if someone insists on arguing and yelling and won't back down, security sometimes escort them off the grounds. 1
