I appreciate that Rose's charity aims to bring "relief and joy to children and their families affected by Cancer," but why not vote for Bob Huggins' charity that is actually aiming to cure cancer? I'm not diminishing the importance of comforting the sick, but in an either-or scenario -- which this is -- isn't it morally suspect to vote in favor of comforting the sick at the express expense of curing the sick?

Just sayin'.

But then again, maybe my moral logic is suspect. Discuss.

Thad Mata of Ohio State won the $100,000 for Ronald McDonald house - a worthwhile charity. Coach Rose of BYU and the other finalists got $5000 for their charities.

Looks like the Buckeyes got fired up and came from behind. It was great of Infiniti and ESPN to make heroes out of charitable champions. I'd like to see more contests like this.
