Please be respectful even in disagreement.No insult was intended, and I apologize if anyone took it that way. I know a few of the men I perhaps-too-hyperbolically called "defensive dissemblers" at BYU, and hold them with the greatest respect as people and as Mormons. But as academics, I think their reputations suffer.
