What Do The Yellow Stars Mean?

I couldn't find an explanation. Does anyone know what they mean?

If you look up to the right hand portion of the thread, underneath "start new topic", you'll see "Rate Topic". You can rate the topic from one to five stars, one being the least and five being the best.
