It was exactly the same as some found in Halemaumau and Honaunau Bay. My curiosity is now heightened on Hopi and Navajo legends. I wonder if similar toward Hawaiian. It is known through mythology that when Hawaii Ioa sailed from Land of Uru (Western S. America) in 55 BC he sailed North first up along the coast line. Then resupplying for a time as a settlement in upper Mexico or lower California area. Then he sailed west to which he eventually landed in Hawaii.Your brother served in Hawaii? Ask him if he served in the Kona stake and especially Waimea 2nd ward. Maybe I met him and ate off my plate. I don't recall meeting any missionary who spoke Hawaiian. Ask him if he's familiar with Hawaii Ioa legend.
