johnny Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 e=mc2,My words are consistent with scripture also, the Flesh is exactly what the Father is, as per Christ's truth teaching of Philip that he that hath seen me hath seen the Father.Clearly John 14 is not teaching "the Flesh is exactly what the Father is", see below. Why do you ignore Jesus's response, he is teaching Philip with his response?John.14[9] Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?[10] Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but he Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.[11] Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
e=mc2 Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Johnny:Clearly John 14 is not teaching "the Flesh is exactly what the Father is", Clearly you are wrong.
johnny Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 e=mc2,You apostate. So the Father does not have any Divinity? There is no Godhead in the Father? This is ridiculous......The Father has Divinity, He is God.
e=mc2 Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Johnny:And that is both are divine nature. As well as bodily nature, i.e. corporeal.
johnny Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 e=mc2,Clearly you are wrong. Please explain ... my response is consistent with other scriptures ...
e=mc2 Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Johnny:The Father has Divinity, He is God.As is the Son, and all those who receive their own Godhood, i.e. partake of the Divine nature. This is Mormon doctrine, why do you fight it? It is Biblical also. Why do you fight it?
johnny Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 e=mc2,As well as bodily nature, i.e. corporeal. How can it be bodily nature if the Father dwells in the Son, how can flesh and bones dwell in flesh and bones?
e=mc2 Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Johnny:Please explain ... my response is consistent with other scriptures ...I have. It's probably just beyond you is all. No biggie. I am thrilled in the gospel of God unto Salvation which I enjoy.

e=mc2 Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Johnny:How can it be bodily nature if the Father dwells in the Son, how can flesh and bones dwell in flesh and bones? You think too much like a trinitarian. You won't grasp it. Never mind. I will quit this thread as you did the other. We have said all there is to say to each other. I wish you the very best in life. I have more podcasts to produce for folks who can and do appreciate them.Johnny:Please provide the link then ...The link is Mormonism.
