hagoth7 Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 (edited) Interested to know who you chose to listen to. There were a number of tough choices, but in the end: Listened to Richard Moore for two hours,Then, listened to Randall Bird for an hour. Then, listened to John Hilton and Anthony Sweat. Then, listened to Kevin Miller. Then, I had to tear myself away halfway through Brother Miller's two-hour session (I really, really wanted to stay) to catch Scott Porter's session. I frankly can't say which hour was the best, since they each hit home in different areas. Almost all of it was extremely worthwhile. Very enjoyable day. A big thankyou to ERMD for tipping me off to the realization that this event was coming up, otherwise I would have missed an important opportunity. I look forward to hearing what sessions others attended, and what they thought. Edited August 21, 2015 by hagoth7 1
hagoth7 Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 There a set of transcripts?Dunno. But several of the speakers said towards the end of their sessions that they had notes, powerpoints, and/or quotes available to those who wanted them to be emailed. Based on the kind of people they were, that offer would likely apply to anyone who asked, whether they were in attendance or not. 1
hagoth7 Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 (edited) Session evaluations can be submitted to the Education Week organizers/instructors here.http://ce.byu.edu/edweek/ (notice the "Class Evaluations" button) If those in attendance overlooked this step, I would imagine the event organizers and the instructors would appreciate your feedback.
