ERayR Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 (edited) Sorry, but don't you think that question is relevant to explain whether the "anomalies" have to do with the Earth having been recycled from a prior state? The question was not what the anomalies mean but rather why the evolutionist or the young earth creationists reject and ridicule them instead of answering them.I think that in order to properly explore the subject of "recycled from a prior state" that it is interesting and important enough to deserve it's own thread. thesometimesaint Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 We are still receiving materials from outer space, in the form of dust and meteorites. To date none have had anything close to what we consider life. Isn't it a bit strange that somehow God arraigned all that material in just such a way as to look like evolution?
bcuzbcuz Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 I agree. It appears to me that long ago God created a world, and then when that world passed away,He used it as the foundation of the next world, and so on and so forth until He created our present earth; so that the remains of each previous world are layerd in the earth's crust just as we find them today. And you believe this because? What kind of evidence do you have that earth materials have been transported here?
Stone holm Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 And you believe this because? What kind of evidence do you have that earth materials have been transported here?I don't think that is what he is saying. He is saying, I think, that you have a world with life upon it, etc. You let that life die off, you terraform the planet and reseed it with life, over and over again until you are ready to create an Earth on which humans will live. Think of it as planting a green fertilizer crop like barley and plowing it in before planting your real crop. i maybe wrong in where he was going, but that was my take away.

Stone holm Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 Those are very good observations and questions. They should be taken to their own thread.Thank you.Okay, just started a thread entitle "Is God a Recycler"
