Ray, it is a contradiction to say you're going to cut the budget and then cut taxes. No one has ever done that successfully, including Reagan. Trickle down does not work and never has.

You are simply wrong on this. Cutting the budget is simply cutting govt. spending. Cutting the taxes is simply cutting the rate of govt. confiscation of private wealth. If you cut the budget(spend less) you quite simply do not need to confiscate so much.

Both Reagan and Kennedy cut tax rates and increased revenue. .
