I began to wonder if people are ignoring certain aspects, such as the chest that kept sinking or the testimonies which support that Joseph could see hidden things. It just seems odd that people have spent reams of conjecture on the unknown final disposition of the trail without addressing the supernatural events testified too in the trial.

Feel free to create another thread about romney and church finanaces.Actually, my response- however tongue-in-cheek- IS on topic.All three instances have a two common denominators- the first is someone with an axe to grind trying to use rumor, innuendo, and the courts to attack the faithful because of their beliefs.The second is the axiom "Guilty until proven innocent."
