The meaning is clear:"That which is born of spiritual (parents who reside in the spirit world, resurrected parents) is spiritual (children who have a spirit body, residing in the spirit world), that which is born of flesh (mortal, living in this world) is flesh (mortal, living in this world, subject to death)."
