jskains Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 Since Xander has told me I can't discuss this issue in "his" thread, I wanted to address this very specifically.The KEP in my view was not canonized, and has never played an active role in the Church. It has never been used to show the awesomeness of Joseph Smith's translation ability or a demonstration of any sort on how the BoA came to be.I think this is important because it seems to me, people trying to focus on BoA as a nail in the coffin of Joseph Smith give KEP more value than anyone else in the Church has.. Why do others feel this fact isn't very important?
