The verb ??? (kanah) means to acquire/get. It does not mean to conceive.

In fact the exact same verb and conjugation (?????) is used in Ecclesiastes 2:7, maybe this Mormon is suggesting Solomon conceived the slaves?!!?

I purchased (?????) male and female slaves...

Or in Ruth 4:9 its used as well, clearly nothing to do with conceiving:
