The best argument for it is that if you pass through Nahom and proceed in an eastern direction, you run smack dab into the only place in the entire region that fits the description of Bountiful. The kicker was the bodies, though.

It ignores the time frame, the location, the burial ground, the Hebrew/Arabian linguistics, the frankincense trail, Wadi Sayq, and the limited descriptions in Nephi 1. Instead, you want a 5th century BC writer to anachronistically provide you with, as another commentator said, a GPS reading. Nice.

First it's not an online newspaper or magazine, second there are a MILLION websites out there that are information based which have no "commenting" ability. You must be young and of the blog and facebook generation? Traditional websites don't have comment ability in case you didn't know. Third, they have emails if you need to say something to them. But, they are busy and if they have seen whatever you say a bunch of times (from critics especially who's minds are closed) they may or may not respond, especially if you haven't even bothered to read the book or watch the DVD's to find out if the question has been answered already. I don't know about 1 million but yes there are a large number of information based websites with no commenting ability. Many of these have an agenda to promote therefore having a commenting ability would be inconvenient. There are also information websites that have a commenting ability. It's purely a matter of what they choose to do. If a website doesn't have it then they have more of a freedom to write whatever will promote their agenda. Personally, if they don't provide commenting ability I see no reason to put much importance on what they write.

You can read books all day and never increase your critical thinking skill. To develop critical thinking requires listening to both sides of a disagreement and making your decision based on the merits of each position.
