That's not Joseph Smith or Brigham Young. The character on the right has a protruding lower lip, while Joseph had a prominent upper lip and his lower lip didn't protrude much at all. Joseph's nose was also a more prominent part of his face. Neither Brigham Young's mouth nor his philtrum was as wide as in this photograph. His chin was also square, while the chin in this photograph is pointed. The paragraph at the bottom should give you a clue that the person is not exactly a scholar:

four bone specialist, feel, that the bone structure, is the same.

What's with the commas? And why are four specialists only counted as one "specialist"?

When did this become a criterion in facial recognition?

He, Joseph Smith Jr., is exactly as the early Saint described his appearance.

What Saint described him with that much detail? This isn't a criterion for facial recognition.

I don't know what photo they're looking at, but in this one his philtrum is tucked behind his lower lip, which utterly precludes it from protruding.
