Found a publisher yet or will that follow?I'd be interested in knowing how many books will be printed in this edition and estimates on affordability, in the hope that it doesn't become a costly rarity as exhibited here. It makes me feel like that $70 price tag at Moon's in Dallas was worth it. I'd imagine the Maxwell Institute would publish Sorenson's work, though Livy might have a bit more insight into that than I do.
