Another thread reminded me of this piece by John Sorenson, a totally brilliant Mormon scholar of great renown. This says what I have been trying to say for 40 years and says it in a Mormon context.  So much for the idea of "orthodoxy" or the idea that perhaps I am "off" or "not Mormon" in my ideas Good to know that Sorenson would copy my ideas.
