Ask and ye shall receive- Doctrine and Covenants Study

One thing I’m trying to do this year is highlight all the times “ask and ye shall receive”, or versions of that phrase, appear in the sections of the Doctrine and Covenants.  Around half so far up to section 25.  Anyone else picking out specific phrases or topics from the Doctrine and Covenants?

I like the verse in section 132 that tells Emma she'll be destroyed if she doesn't listen to Joseph.

vs. 64

but you need to read vs. 26 for the full picture:

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, if a man marry a wife according to my word, and they are sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise, according to mine appointment, and he or she shall commit any sin or transgression of the new and everlasting covenant whatever, and all manner of blasphemies, and if they commit no murder wherein they shed innocent blood, yet they shall come forth in the first resurrection, and enter into their exaltation; but they shall be destroyed in the flesh, and shall be delivered unto the buffetings of Satan unto the day of redemption, saith the Lord God."

*** They will be reconciled and Joseph will still claim her as his own.

I've been interested in missionary work and taking the Gospel and Church to all nations and so i've been interested in that, globalizing the gospel

When I was on my mission there were six of us sharing an apartment.  Sitting at the table for evening meal with five other well-meaning but equally-famished missionaries, I learned an important principle:

"Ask, and ye shall receive; reach, and it shall get there sooner."

I don't remember which section of the D&C that was from.

Oh have a beautiful one.

Here: Where be of good cheer, and do not fear, for i the Lord am with you, and will stand be you, and you shall bear record of me, even Jesus Christ that i am of the living God, that i was, that i am, and that i am to come.

I'll see your "will be reconciled" and raise it to a "have been reconciled."  This is just a guess, but I would say that, in fact, any needed reconciliation was virtually instantaneous.  Remember, it was not Mr. Bidamon's name on Emma's lips ... not just once, not just twice, but thrice ... as she passed from this mortal sphere.
