That “there was no other way” for him in the garden but to transgress. Why is that a lie? Proof: God does not give impossible commandments (1 Nephi 3:7) God commanded Adam and Eve to have children AND not to partake of the forbidden fruit. Which means: They COULD do it. See point (1)
