Avatar4321
Thank you. It's odd. I know we are in a great position to fight it. We won't know an official diagnosis until the biopsy and even then it's clear this is small and treatable since we caught it so early but I can't help but feel totally terrified. Link to comment
Calm
I find the part where I don't know harder than when I know...it is easier to focus on what we can do when we know imo, helping us to feel more in control. Link to comment

Suffering is difficult and unbearable, but watching those we love is pain that needs the aid of heaven to endure. Link to comment
Avatar4321
I appreciate it all. Thank you. The biopsy is later today. I think it's the not knowing that is really upsetting me at the moment. Link to comment

Bee Sweet
Prayers for her! I will tell you my story; I noticed a little knot, had a mammogram, went to an oncologist, he put a needle in the knot and aspirated, no fluid so he said it was a tumor and had to be removed. That night my Dad called and I told him about it. He said no way am I having surgery without a 2nd opinion. He flew me to a specialist, he looked at my mammogram, did an exam, and said, " There is nothing wrong with you. That was 35 years ago, and indeed there was nothing wrong. Link to comment
Avatar4321
Forgot to update this. She went in for the biopsy and they couldn't do it because it's not actually in the breast tissue. So it's not breast cancer. Just "something". But they aren't worried and it looks like we are just waiting to see if grows at all in the next few months. So I guess that's an answer to prayer 1 Link to comment
