For singing...All Creatures of our God and King has been a prayer in music since I first remembering hearing it as a child. I just wish we sang it more in church.

Or "Laßt Uns Erfreuen," as it's called in German. I've always fancied that tune. I also fancy traditional Scottish and Irish music (chiefly the various bagpipes from the region.) And so when I heard the tune played on uilleann pipes, I thought it was pretty sweet (it's quite evocative and "tribal-sounding").
