Agreed. I used to be a big fan of the program. For the last several years, not so much. Now, more like "How long, O Lord......"

A change in name makes sense. Changing the name to Scouts BSA to show the organization accepts girls makes absolutely no sense..  How does Scouts Boy Scouts of America show that girls are allowed?

 If I recall correctly, there was some legal issues over the use of scouts and only scouts in the BSA name. This might be why  they are including the BSA still.  Or maybe so as troops wouldn't have to shell out tons of cash to have to redo everything.

Do what the communists did in the old Soviet Union:  call your youth program the Pioneers.
