What are your favorite Books, Talks, Broadcasts on Church Doctrine or History?  Please share your favorites!!!!!!

I thought we might put a collection together of the best resources for learning about the church from a knowledge or information standpoint while also being inspirational.

These four center on the subject of Grace

Brad Wilcox  -  Grace is Suffcient
Stephen Robinson - believing Christ
Robert millet - Grace after all we can
Brad and Wendee Wilcox - Faith, anchor to my soul

Bruce R McConkie - What think ye of Salvation by Grace
.

Elder Holland's "Cast Not Away, Therefore, Your Confidence," finally motivated me to take "the law school plunge" after several years of delay.  In retrospect, I'm not sure that was such a good thing , but the thing is, I'm not sure what else I would (or should) have done.  (Not to rain on your thread ... ... Sorry!)
Watch out for Stan!

"Sooner or later, there comes a point in a man’s life when he’s gotta face some facts.  And one fact I gotta face is that, whatever it is that women like, I ain’t got it. I chased after enough girls in my life. I went to enough dances. I got hurt enough. I don’t wanna get hurt no more." —Ernest Borgnine as Marty, the title character in the 1955 film.  (RIP, Mr. Borgnine.)

sorry to hear that.  I had hoped this thread would generate more interest.  I would have thought all of us would have a talk or two that just meant the world to us and we would want to share with others.

I really like Lowell Bennion's 1959? BYU Dev. about what it means to be a Latter-day Saint
“I know that God lives. I know that Jesus lives; for I have seen Him. I know that this is the Church of God, and that it is founded on Jesus Christ, our Redeemer. I testify to you of these things as one that knows—as one of the Apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ that can bear witness to you today in the presence of the Lord that He lives and that He will live, and will come to reign on the earth, to sway an undisputed sceptre”.
President George Q. Cannon

Beware of Pride - Ezra Taft Benson

Born of God - Ezra Taft Benson
"It is extremely important for you to believe in yourselves, not only for what you are now, but for what you have the power to become. Trust in the Lord as He leads you along. He has things for you to do that you won't know about now, but that will unfold later. If you stay close to Him, you will have some great adventures. You will live in a time when instead of just talking about prophecies that will sometime be fulfilled, many of them will actually be fulfilled. The Lord will unfold your future bit by bit."- Elder Neal A. Maxwell

"If you live up to your privileges, the angels cannot be restrained from being your associates" - Joseph Smith
