I was a bit shocked and thankful that TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) a very controversial evangelical network broadcast a very Mormon film today; Saints and Soldiers.  What is the world coming to?

I'm excited for the sequel.

I was surprised the other day viewing "Saints in the Vietnam War" being hosted by a four star general, Elder Oaks.  I never realized that we had military leaders in the church that have excelled in not only their church callings but their civic ones as well.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_C._Oaks

I just started watching Saints at War and saw the one on Vietnam and Korea. Powerfully faith-promoting. People do not realize what good can come out of such horrible circumstances. Our soldiers are often the first missionaries to many countries.
Judges 4:4 And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
