I am sitting here getting ready to take my Son to the Airport. He will go to the MTC (if his flight is not cancelled) without any of his white shirts. The snowstorm that hit us Saturday has crippled everything including the cleaners that have his shirts. He leaves to early in the morning to get them. So we will have to mail them out. Also the entire family was supposed to get together tonight…but was not to be.

My son-in-law’s, sister (Mother of four small children) committed suicide. So he and all his family are in need to prayers. She was only 33…so my daughter will not be back in from Penn in time to tell her brother goodbye.

So please keep the Lee and Bush families in your prayers.

May your son be well on his mission, and may the grief of this death be overshadowed with hope for the future.  I truly do hope for the best for you, that I do.

Best Wishes,

This makes me so sad!  My prayers for all the families.  I'm sorry that your sons departure was marked with this sad event.

It's all good.

He looked sooooooooo small in that big airport when I said goodbye. Since we have to leave out at 4AM for the airport his Mother was not able to go because we had the 3 girls. Sonya (my daughter) was quite distraught she could not see him before he left.

That is so very sad about the young mother who committed suicide.    Prayers for the family.

And prayers for your son, Papa.  I am sure that news was an unsettling way to start his mission.

It is hard to let them go, so young.  They just seem so vulnerable.  Ugh.  But, I'm sure he will do well.  Positive thoughts and prayers.....and prayers of comfort for you and your wife, Papa (and your girls).
