The God Of Abraham, Isaac, And Joseph Smith

For me, one of the recent podcasts provided by the Backyard Professor sparked an interest in Jim W. Adams, â??The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Joseph Smith?: God, Creation, and Humanity in the Old Testament and Mormonism,â? from the book The New Mormon Challenge.

Since Brandeis does not have a copy of the book in its library, I ordered the article via interlibrary loan. Unfortunately, however, they sent the article but not the footnotes.

Does anyone happen to have a PDF they could forward to me of the footnotes?
